1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using DTCXperts (“the Platform”), operated by DTCXperts Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
DTCXperts connects eCommerce vendors with qualified eCommerce operators for paid product evaluation meetings. Vendors pay for scheduled meetings with operators. Operators receive compensation for completing meetings and providing genuine feedback.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. Operators must be employed in or have direct experience with eCommerce operations. Vendors must represent a legitimate business offering products or services relevant to eCommerce.
4. Accounts & Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent behavior.
5. Operator Terms
Operators are compensated $100 per completed 30-minute meeting. Compensation is paid within 48 hours of a verified completed call. Operators must attend scheduled meetings and provide honest, good-faith feedback. No-shows or repeated cancellations may result in account suspension. Operators are independent contractors, not employees of DTCXperts Inc.
6. Vendor Terms
Vendors purchase meeting credits through subscription plans. Credits are consumed when a meeting is booked and confirmed. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise specified. Refunds are issued for meetings that do not take place due to operator no-shows or cancellations.
7. Payments & Billing
All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. SMS Communications
By opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from DTCXperts related to meeting requests and platform activity. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or updating your notification preferences in your profile settings. Opting out of SMS does not affect your account or email notifications.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; misrepresent your identity, role, or company information; engage in aggressive or deceptive sales tactics during meetings; scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without permission; attempt to circumvent the Platform to arrange meetings directly; or interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology on the Platform are owned by DTCXperts Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. You retain ownership of any content you provide (e.g., company descriptions, meeting notes).
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DTCXperts Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
